We provide all services regarding Block Management. This includes everything from dealing with Freeholder’s repairs and maintenance obligations, to ground rent and service charge fees. We also provide experienced advice on legislation compliance.
Our accounts team will prepare annual service charge budgets, reports of income and expenditure as well as any invoice or statements as and when required.
Our on site teams are very experienced, providing regular inspections to communal areas at the frequency agreed with the client. Our team are happy to advise on compliance with relevant leasehold obligations and can help with maintaining adequate insurance policies for the client. We are also happy to attend any AGM’S and directors meetings as may be required.
